Controller with a B2B Services Company
 

Summary

This position will work closely with the CFO and serve as the accounting leader in a PE-backed organization. Duties entail a mix of accounting, FP&A, management reporting, and M&A support.

 
Responsibilities

• Produce monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Assist with due diligence related to potential acquisitions.
• Demonstrated ability to balance being hands-on and tactical with strategic and forward looking.
• Maintain all aspects of the general ledger.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Perform cash projections and effectively manage cash flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
• CPA required.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience, including current or prior Big 4 or national public accounting firm experience.
• Desire to grow into a CFO role.
• Experience with PE-backed companies.
• Expertise in US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
