Summary

The Accounts Payable Manager will the accounts payable function across multiple locations. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, credit memos, and payments.
• Lead the Accounts Payable team.
• Maintain vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Vlookups/Xlookups, macros, etc.) for data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong Excel skills required – ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets.
• Experience managing teams in multi-location environments.
