Accounting and Finance Consultant

Accounting and Finance Consulting role with an Atlanta-based real estate and development company.

Summary

Duties are diverse and include a mix of controllership activities, audit readiness and support, FP&A, and special projects including post-implementation support for OneStream.

This role offers a hybrid work schedule, with two days/week in the company’s Midtown Atlanta office and the option to work remotely three days/week.

This assignment is expected to begin on or around January 5 and last until April 30.

Requirements
 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.
• CPA a plus.
• 10+ years of accounting and FP&A experience, including 3+ in a supervisory role.
• Experience with OneStream required. Implementation experience a plus.
• Experience with consolidations, financial statements, and cash flow forecasting.
• Real estate and/or construction industry experience required.
• Expertise in US GAAP.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
