Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager with a rapidly-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support month-end / quarter-end / year-end close activities, including preparation and review of key account reconciliations and reporting schedules
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting, ensuring alignment with US GAAP
• Support technical accounting matters (complex transactions, policy interpretation, documentation); lease accounting (ASC 842) experience a plus
• Help oversee and improve intercompany processes, including eliminations and reconciliation of intercompany activity
• Partner with business units to enhance accounting processes, controls, and reporting consistency
• Contribute to integration and process improvement initiatives, building scalable workflows and reporting standards
• Provide insights and analysis to help leadership understand performance drivers and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting and/or industry)
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and financial close/reporting best practices
• Experience in multi-entity environments is a plus
