Senior FP&A Analyst

Summary

The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical part in building scalable financial models, analyzing business performance, and providing strategic insights that help guide key decisions. 

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and maintain company-wide financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages with variance analysis and key SaaS KPIs (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, burn multiple, etc.)
• Support board reporting and investor updates with clear, data-driven insights
• Perform ad hoc analysis to evaluate growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and ROI on strategic initiatives
• Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment between financial and operational goals
• Support fundraising efforts through financial modeling, diligence preparation, and market benchmarking

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, equity research, investment banking, private equity, or consulting
• SaaS industry experience strongly preferred; deep understanding of subscription-based revenue models and unit economics
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Experience with any of the following tools a plus: Maxio, Mosaic, NetSuite, Rillet
