Tiffany Hoffine
CEO & Managing PartnerTiffany graduated with honors from Clemson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She began her career as an audit professional with Deloitte, progressing to the Senior Manager level prior to moving to the recruiting industry.
She has almost 30 years of professional services experience, including 20 years in recruiting, and a proven track record of providing exceptional service to AquantUs’s clients.
Tiffany is an avid traveler and has visited over 40 countries on 6 continents, including traveling to the highest and lowest elevations in the world. She is a voracious reader and enjoys completing the New York Times crossword each Sunday.
Todd Hoffine
CFO & PartnerTodd is a CPA with over 30 years of experience, including Big 4 audit and industry accounting, auditing, and tax experience and over 10 years in recruiting.
Prior to joining AquantUs, Todd was the Director of Global Operations in The Coca-Cola Company’s Corporate Audit department and was responsible for the department’s overall strategy, methodology, and technology. Prior to joining Coke, Todd was an audit Senior Manager with Deloitte. In addition to serving audit clients, he also participated in domestic and international M&A transactions on both the buy and sell-side, IPOs, and was a designated derivatives specialist for the Atlanta office.
Todd graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s in Accounting. He also attended the University of South Carolina and served as a Board Member (Treasurer) for Habitat for Humanity for six years. He currently services as a Board Member for Shareable, which digitizes paper forms to provide a simple, accurate, and secure way for health care providers to track a patient encounter without paper forms, folders, or filing cabinets.
Todd is an avid golfer, photographer and traveler, and has managed to do each of these on six continents. He has traveled to 48 of the 50 States, 58 countries, and lived and worked in Russia for six months.
Jake Ingram
Business Development ManagerJake grew up in Woodstock, Georgia, and attended Reinhardt University where he studied Sports Studies and played football. He has multiple years of sales/business development experience and takes pride in building lasting relationships with his clients. Outside of work Jake enjoys sports and the outdoors – he’s an avid golfer, and can’t get enough of the Braves or Falcons!
Christian Chavez
Senior Manager of Executive RecruitinChristian is originally from Lima, Peru, but spent the majority of his childhood in Cleveland, Tennessee after moving there in 2000. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from UTC and promptly began his finance career in consumer lending in Chattanooga, TN. He decided after two years to make a career shift into recruiting and move to Atlanta. He has now been at AquantUs for nine-years! He loves to spend time with his family, friends, and his two sons, Logan and Jaxon!
David Quayle
Executive Recruiting ManagerDavid wants to help companies find top talent and for candidates to love where they work! David has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and began his career in Big 4 tax with PwC prior to moving into the recruiting industry. Outside of work David enjoys spending time with his wife Skyler, their daughter Carmen, and their dog Ellie, as well as weightlifting, hiking, and coaching youth soccer.
Brandon Hitchcock

AquantUs cultivates long-term professional relationships with both employers and employees to assist them with achieving their goals. We work across all industries and place candidates in both direct hire and interim consulting roles. Outside of work Brandon enjoys reading, lifting weights, going to the movies, and spending time with his wife, Lexie, their sons, Henry and Arthur, and their 2 dogs.
Jordan Cromer
Director of Strategy and OperationsJordan has over a decade in the staffing industry. She started in implementation and process design, moved into IT recruiting for enterprise accounts, and later led training programs across both domestic and international teams. Her expertise includes improving operations, optimizing systems, and leading strategic initiatives that help teams scale with clarity and confidence.
As our Director of Strategy and Operations at AquantUs, she is leading us through streamlining internal operations, driving growth, and building out our infrastructure to support long-term success. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and their adorable gold retriever puppy, attending any sporting event, tackling DIY home projects, and treasure hunting at local thrift stores.
Isabell Kim
Senior Operations AnalystIsabell, our Senior Operations Analyst is an integral part of our team and plays a key role in assisting us through streamlining internal operations, driving growth, and building out our infrastructure to support long-term success. Outside of work Isabell enjoys traveling, working out, reading psychological thrillers, and going to estate sales and concerts.
